As an artist I operate in the field of painting, object installation and sound. I’m interested in how being a human being in such an uncertain, industrialized and dominated by technological world, where ecological threats are spreading at a wild pace, influences our sensuality and how art can create alternative models of approaching it. I treat art as an ‘open practice’, for which a process is of essential importance (process of artistic creation, constectualisation, interaction with the outside world.) My scientific interests are concerned with material-discursive practices, through which boundaries are constituted (in relation to the philosophy of new materialism, anthropology and neurocognitivism) as well as avant garde thinking, which contemporarily manifests itself in a critical and reflexive attitude, seeking cracks and attempting to activate them within an existing order.

In my didactic work with students I concentrate on creating idiosyncratic practices of communication, action, creation which combine what is purely internal with what is external and public. The starting point in my didactic work is engagement in the reality around us and then seeking and adjusting tools to the expression, without the necessity of them having a determinant character on the work.
