STUDIOS
The basis for the work is to develop sensitivity towards a widely understood realization context, its appropriate choice and its development. These features are supposed to serve in the process of creating a consciously formed statement that expresses a premeditated message. Taking up current socially important matters as well as the ability for teamwork, based on diverse forms and rules of creative cooperation are relevant components in the process.

It’s a space which supports individual artistic language development adequate to express the ideas of a given project and promotes the search for individual artistic identity. It offers time and space for making mistakes and making attempts without the fear of failure.
The main objective is the exchange of knowledge, experience, points of views related to building content and various forms of artistic communication. An essential element is the ability to take up creative cooperation with people from other fields of art, science and technique. The process of gaining artistic experience is crucial in itself.
Didactic and organisational activity of the Studio is based on stimulating artistic activities with the use of different media, tools and forms of artistic expression.
The aims of our activity:
teaching conscious use of tools of registering the reality that leads to expressing scheduled content; using realization context as additional tools in artistic work
consistent development of one’s sensitivity; coming to understand one’s artistic identity.
gaining the skill of working in a team
Tasks and activities cover those of conceptual nature on the basis of previous research. Conscious incorporation of the context of time, space, stiaution, location and the analysis of cultural and social occurrences that go along with the development of the work plays an important role in the process. During the realization of the following actions various contemporary strategies and practices are presented.
Tasks and activities that are offered to students in further terms are diversified regarding conceptual difficulty and formal measures. Topics allow the formation of open attitude towards current social issues, overstepping commonly used media and presenting individual’s artistic reflections. Within proposed forms of expression are: photography, installation, video, environment; site-specific; performance, public space activities and others.
Areas that are carried out may lead to the choice of one’s dissertation’s topic.
Teaching methods are based on individual research and artistic explorations.
An important phase are conceptual and design processes as well as theme research. Realizations have interdisciplinary character, they take advantage of various forms of expression and tools according to the needs - ranging from paintings, audio, text to elusive activities. The space for artistic experiment plays a pivotal role.
Classes do not aim at focusing on technical tools but proper construction of a planned statement. Multimedia tools of expression are treated as media which should be mastered to create a complex statement. Each task, except for technical and artistic subject matters, creates the space for individual artistic development and work on personal artistic language of artistic expression. Properly created circumstances give the opportunity to find out that through a proper choice of medium and its context (such as proper background, situation, time) one can consciously manipulate, strengthen and camouflage the final outcome of the project
